As outlined in our Methods of Payment page, current supported methods of payment are PayPal and bank wire transfer. No sensitive data (credit card or otherwise) is stored on our systems and servers.

Depending on the product selection, billing can be made in one or more of the following time increments:
1) Monthly (1 month)
2) Quarterly (3 months)
3) Half-Annually (6 months)
4) Annually (12 months)
5) Bi-Annually (24 months)

There are several offers in place which can reduce your product pricing. Some of them, such as our web hosting prepayment offers, are always and automatically valid. For all the rest, you should contact Sales to receive an appropriate discount code, which will provide you with the exact discount or offer you are entitled to.

This largely depends on the type of service. Trial accounts are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and are generally approved for a limited time period, most commonly referring to web hosting services.

Normally, barring any special offers in place from partner datacenters, servers can not be leased on a trial basis, although they might be available for a minimum duration of 1 month.

All our products are based on monthly contracts, which can be cancelled at any time. Exceptions to this rule include domain services and SSL certificates, since they are of limited duration by nature. In certain other cases, notably servers, you may have the freedom to choose between a 12-month and a monthly contract.

In Web Hosting, you are entitled to a full refund if you cancel the service within the first 14 days of its payment. In Servers, you are entitled to a full refund if you have a monthly contract and cancel the contract before the end of your first month.

In any case where you have a specified minimum contract duration (such as a server contract for 12 months), you are not entitled to a refund, at any point of time. You are encouraged to contact us regarding service cancellations, and we will try to find the best available way to proceed.
